Eligibility for the recruitment of Assistant District
Attorneys in 2023:
Educational Qualifications - Applicants must have a degree
in law from a recognized university/institution related to the subject.
Age Limit - Candidates must be at least 21 years old to
apply for these positions, and the maximum age limit should not exceed 42
years. The reserved and disabled candidates have age relaxation as per the
rules.
Monetary assistance of Rs. 250/- is allocated for the economically
disadvantaged segments (EWS). However, it is exclusively reserved for the
candidates of the disabled category from Haryana, who possess a minimum of 40%
disability.
