NIC Scientist B Recruitment 2023: National Informatics Centre (NIC) has released a notification inviting online applications for the recruitment of 598 positions for Scientist, Scientific Officer, and Scientific/Technical Assistant. Educational Qualification - To apply for these positions,
candidates must have obtained a degree in
engineering/MS/M.Sc./PG/ME/M.Tech/M.Phil from a recognized
university/college/institute or an equivalent qualification.
Age eligibility – The calculation of age for this
application will be based on April 4, 2023. The candidate should be at least 18
years old and for the unreserved/economically weaker section category, 30 years
old, for scheduled castes/scheduled tribes, the maximum age limit is 35 years,
33 years for other backward classes and 45 years for persons with disabilities.

Application fees must be paid by the candidate according to their category and the details are as follows:
Application fee for general category - Rs 800/-
No fee for scheduled castes/scheduled tribes/persons with disabilities/women.
